The growing prevalence of Voice over LTE implementations and IP-based voice services amplifies the need for monitoring service quality with a focus on user experience. Voiceye is a call performance analytics system for Voice over LTE/5G/WiFi/IP telephony ecosystems. It features a unique performance measurement engine to assess voice quality for IP-based phone calls in real-time. It performs mutli-point measurements seamlessly integrated within the LTE/5G core and IMS networks, offering comprehensive analytics coverage across all ongoing  VoLTE/5G/VoWiFi/VoIP calls traversing the monitored network links.

The aim of our upcoming project is to ensure the operation of industrial mobile networks by entrusting the monitoring, operation and quality assurance of emerging 5G networks to an automated system. The key feature of our measurement system is the integrated concept that incorporates a multi-client measurement engine concurrently supporting multiple 5G clients from the same IP network to form a single measurement session. This design concept accommodates flexibly to the requisites of a broad scale of industry use-cases.
